THE ONLY REALTOR TO USE IN THE AREA. Patsy and her team sell real estate. She is an expert in the field and clearly loves what she does. This shows in how she lists her properties. She was the only agent to show up to our initial meeting prepared, with deep market knowledge and comps. She understood the market was crazy (April - May, 2021) and that existing market conditions were just one data point. She had the best photographer in the area at our house two days later and the pictures were up four days later. From there she made our life easy. When we had enough of dealing with the constant nickel and dime of silly request from the buyers (it was a 2-year-old $800,000 builder home) she said "I got this. You deal with packing and settling into your new home and I will deal with all of these issues." It was the greatest customer experience. On the business side, she set a new high for the market with our home price. If you are someone who values expertise, deep knowledge, professionalism, and business knowledge Patsy and her team are the answer!
